Lymphatic drainage is a specific, rhythmic massage technique that works with the body's lymphatic system, the network that clears excess fluid, toxins and waste. Unlike a typical relaxation massage, the movements are light and precise, following the direction of lymph flow to encourage genuine drainage rather than just working muscle tension.

It's our most requested massage treatment and one we consider a flagship service, treating both face and body in the one session.

Is this the same as a normal massage?

No, the pressure is much lighter and the strokes follow specific lymphatic pathways, rather than working muscle tension the way a deep tissue or relaxation massage does.

What will I notice afterwards?

Most clients notice visible de-puffing straight away, particularly around the face, along with a lighter, calmer feeling that can last for days.

Is it suitable for everyone?

It's gentle and suits most people, though certain conditions, like active infection or some heart or kidney conditions, mean we'll check with you first at booking or before treatment.

Can I combine it with another treatment?

Yes, it's often paired with Dermalux LED for a longer 75-minute Face, Scalp & Body session, or booked on its own as a 75-minute treatment.
